Apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong sub, here!
I'm reading Dr Joe Dispenza's book at the moment, 'Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself', and as much as it sounds incredible, I do wonder about this band-wagon of new age thinking books and how credible they actually are.
I have an extremely open mind, I'll always try things to improve my life and outlook. I've read several books on LOA etc and recently noticed a lot of 'coincidences' (which I feel can't be mere coincidences) and repetitive numbers without looking for them, but I do also worry that some schools of thinking (I'll go ahead and name Abraham Hicks, Ramtha School of Enlightenment etc) could be bordering on brainwashing.
I mean, yes it'd be great to be positive all.the.time, but is this really.. human?
Not trying to create any bad feeling here, just really intrigued as to how other people around here view and experience these things.
